Nice design. i dont know about the second turret. May be saving the extra weight is a good idea for seakeeping.

I dont want to move the Y tower because it will make the belt longer, heavier and off course more expensive. Do you suggest some arrangement like the yamato?

The heavy cruisers Almirante Brown and Veinticinco de Mayo of Argentina use it that way in her origins. But I'm not sure where tu put it, or at least where to put the aircraft.
