Want some opinions on whether or not to depict the mine hunting system in a side bay or not. Text mentions it carries the system but it's not shown where it is on the accompanying diagram. Surely the Mk 32 tubes would also be in sidebays? They were moved into the hull of the original unbuilt late 1...

remember that the triple 6in turret that Minotaur class had, was lighter the the 6in twin turret you have on this drawing. and she had only 3 turret then 6 turrets! I think they were referring to the 1947 clean sheet Minotaur design that followed on from Design Y (Neptune). this one? http://shipbuc...

I think they were referring to the 1947 clean sheet Minotaur design that followed on from Design Y (Neptune).

is this set-up better then ? The Type 984s need more space to fully rotate (The forward one is blocked by the foremast, whilst the rearmost Type 984s aft arcs intersect with the LRS-1 Director.) The previous criticisms about the main armament by the others still stand. I don't think there is enough...

I'll also point out that the gun mountings are likely to be the same type as the below image with a shape similar to that of the automatic Mk 42.
