Well nothing fancy this time. I just took the MConrads old Talwar into table, added some shade, removed some lines that didn't exist and repaired the Bridge which was quite wrongly presented. I also replaced the ordanance with the newer variants and added my drawn underwater hull. As the whole class seems to be in intersting reneisance, I also included the Teg class follow on's as well as the Russians very own Admiral Essin class that was just laid down.

I sort of assumed any future use of SA-N-7/12 would be via VLS. The Russians are still building new arm launchers?

Yea apparently. There have been models of the ship with the VLS, but atleast the arm-launcher is going to be fitted on the repeat-talwars which are nearing completion, and the consensus in russian boards seems to be that arm-launcher would be fitted to the first Russian versions of the ship. Needless to say, the devolpment of the VLS Sthill is propably facing some proplems.

A relatively small arm launcher like that would, in all honestly, contribute negligibly to the RCS of a ship anyway.

What makes you think the superiority of VLS is primarily a function of radar cross section?
