Here comes the 5,3t armed VW-Touareg for the german army.

Tested for the class 1 Light Armoured Patrol Vehicle against MOWAG Eagle, Mercedes Benz G Enok.

Naturally.... it was not an active competition.

But nice car for shopping!

Looks more like a test platform than a finished produkt to me.

How i say:

He failed the test for German Army.

But Austria buy a non armoured version of the Car, with statement to the indicate interest of the germans.

The tested vehicle was endet in the ``Wehrtechnische Sammlung ´´ of German Army in Koblenz.
