Mi idea was to mantain a very compact design, in order to reduce the lenght of the armored belt. So, I put a lot of bulky things in the bow. Like the Hidroplane hangar. Just like some italian ships.
No. Im just leaving the space to put some 127mm dual purpose guns.I was adviced to use dual purpose guns to save weight.

Have you used Springsharp to sim the ship out?
She looks interesting, much like a ship I just built in SS today:
3x2x18", 6x2x6", 10x1x3" and various light AA
27 knots, 6060 n. mi. @ 12 knots

Yes I test it in springsharp but whit the older configuration and the results were good. I think whit even less weight the results well be a bit better

I would try and go for a somewhat different arrangement on the aircraft handling equipment.
The way that you have things set up, you'll be blasting your gear every time you fire at a close angle to the bow. The USN learned a similar lesson with the South Dakota and their stern-mounted aircraft gear.

I can't quite see what the purpose of the crane is on the bow; quite apart from that question it wouldn't survive very long in heavy weather.

The heavy cruisers Almirante Brown and Veinticinco de Mayo of Argentina use it that way in her origins. But I'm not sure where tu put it, or at least where to put the aircraft.

Well aft of the Y turret or move the Y turret aft and place the crane and associated plane handling gear between it and the funnel, modifying the funnel accordingly so as not to interfere with launches and recoveries.

I dont want to move the Y tower because it will make the belt longer, heavier and off course more expensive. Do you suggest some arrangement like the yamato?
