Well it doesn't fit the SB drawing standards, and as such doesn't fit into the archive.
Missing are the correct size of template, the Shipbucket.com water mark, it has wrong colour of windows, and the shading.

I'm not sure about the accuracy of the drawing - for example the shape of bow overhang and of the forward part of superstructure, but overall it's a nice try, and IMHO generally perfectly appropriate subject of SB drawing.
But yes, it should be put into right template with watermark, though am not sure about the colour of windows - there's a recent trend to use less gaudy, more greyish tone of blue for them.
