Some small update of the fleet of AW101 of the Royal Navy

SH-101B Merlin, 12 helicopter in service, use on the aircraft carrier and/or land bases, internally there are two console, for naval mission can utilize the MU90 torpedo, Marte ER medium range/multimission missile and the MS500 deep charge; for MIO operation on the door can be installed a FN M3machine gun and internally sonar and sonobuoy launcher can be disembarked and a team of eight marine can find a place.

EH-101B Merlin, 8 helicopter in service, the helicopter have two pod, LM Vigilance system, and internally there are three consoles, one for mission coordinator and two for system operation.

CH-101B Merlin, 16 helicopter in service, primary mission are support of amphibious operation and special force/diving force of the navy; the helicopter can carry up two FN M3 and one FN MAG machine gun.

MCH-101B Merlin, five helicopter, simil to the japan version, used to combat landmines and to monitor maritime communications lines.

HH-101B Merlin, 14 helicopter in service, distributed over four bases throughout the territory to cover the SAR area of competence.

Delivery of the first two (of 15) of MPA P-1A Atlantic 3 to the Royal Navy.

The new aircraft has the airframe derived from the Atlantic 2, incorporating new composite materials in the construction, to decrease the corrosion and increase the operational life of the airframe.
These aircraft serve as principal fixed wing ISR/ASW/multimission of Royal Navy.
The aircraft has ad engine and avionic suite provided by Loockheed Martin/RR/Avio and derived from the C130J Super Hercules.
The avionic and sensor suite is provided by Leonardo (as prime contractor), and includes:
- Leonardo Airborne Tactical Observation and Surveillance System, whit six multifunctional operation console
- Leonardo Ulisses sonic system
- Leonardo 4-fixed face Osprey multifunction radar
- Elt/800 - derived ESM/ELINT system
- WESCAMMX-20 EO/IR imaging systems
- CAE MAD-XR magnetic anomaly detection systems
- complete network system for C4
- complete defensive aids system (RWR, MWS, LWS, DIRCM, chaff/flare)

The aircraft can use some type of weapons, for engage land, naval and submarine targets.
The principal mission are ISR in naval, littorial and land environment, ASW and ASuW, SAR, C2 aircraft, radio relay and land/littorial strike whit smart/guided weapons.

No Ariete in this AU Italian scenario? I would expect to see it and with its own variants instead of Leo 2.
