The CAC Boomerang was designed by the Commonwealth Aircraft Corporation and its Zealandic subsidiary ZAC in the late 1930s when the threat of war with Japan and getting cut off from Great Britain became apparent. The prototype flew in late 1939 and entered initial service in mid 1940 and full service in mid 1941. They served faithfully throughout the war and formed the backbone of the RZAF for much of the early years of the war.

Well first off, he re-colored the Aircraft and he needs to put Zealandia instead of Australia

And add the "pilot", but that a slight modification. If Trojan don't think that his nick need to be put beside Rowdy that's ok. I don't see problem with that.

And night' I'm lost, we use a user or production country in the end ? CA-12 was design and build in Australia and only use by Zealand.

I always thought that we write user country in the title description, unless on the one template there are vehicles from several countries.

Same here but sometimes we have user country sometimes production. And I don't know which is correct.

Well it's a bit confusing in my situation because it is designed and built in both Australia and Zealandia but primarily the designing and production takes place in Australia with a team of zealandian designers working there. I wasn't really sure so I just left it on.
Also I didn't think I deserved any credit so I left me name

It is actually Personal Preference, stuff that I modify or expand upon or recolor, I put my name on. I am going to make a snap call here and go with a rules set here:

1. Put the User Country, unless multiple countries, in which case, country of Design's origin.
2. If 20% or more of the original drawing has been altered in any way, credit yourself.
3. AU is personal preference on design origin, but suggested you follow rule 1.
