There is one issue.
In SB we draw all platforms as being three pixels thick (black-grey-black). Here, all your platforms are only 1 pixel or 2 pixels thick.

Excellent work David. I only think you should check the ship's position in the template: the SB guidelines state that the aftermost extremity of the ship should be where the scale bar. I think that your ship is too far to the left, the ensign stuff and walkway are to the left of the scale bar.
