Time for a drawing.
This originally started out as a barquentine (posted in the personal designs forum). I had gotten far enough to know that I didn't want to make the Royal Yacht a sailing ship. After I came across the MV Savarona (Turkey) and the MY Christina O (Greece), I finally realized exactly how I wanted it to be built, so here we are:

Current WIP
[ img ]

The pink-line mast on the funnel is where I was contemplating to put some of the electronics (if not originally, possibly for a later refit?).

Specs:
Built: 1950s
Length WL: 273.5ft
Length OA (to Bowsprit): 373.5ft
Beam: 39ft
Draught: 16ft
Max Speed: 19kts
Cruising Speed: 16kts
Displacement: 2145 tons
Crew: 41
Capacity: 33

All comments are welcome!

Nice lines.

Maybe put the electronics on a streamlined foremast just behind the bridge?

Nice, but I think that the funnel is too modern for the look. With a narrower and taller funnel she will be even better.

A very lovely yacht with nice lines, which are marred by the overgrown funnel.
I suggest you heed odysseus1980's advice on the funnel, and Hood's advice about a separate mast behind the bridge.

Thank you for the positive comments!

@Odysseus and Novice: I narrowed the funnel and moved it forward slightly. I didn't increase the height because I felt that it was tall enough.
@Hood: I have done as you said and added a mast just aft of the bridge. I hope it looks streamlined enough.

I tried to go with as light a color as I could, but it still looks too dark a shade of grey. I'm also not entirely sure on the underwater hull shading. Any opinions?
Also, do y'all think I should lower the aft mast a little bit?
