Just one little note, chose which block of F-16 You want cause the 70 (as well the 50) are equipped with the GE engines, while the 72 (and 52) use the P&W engines.
May I suggest the GE? So you can utilize the KCAF structure for the maintenance (beeing used on my F/A-18),
Or You may chose the P&W wich produce the F-35 engine.
You are the rightful owner of my (our) bases on the high seas. The infrastructure of the maintenance of aircraft ... I need to calculate everything.
