HMS Hood as she was completed in 1920.

HMS Hood as she appeared on that fateful day, 24 May 1941.

Using Wakazashi's recent Hood as a basis I've gone over this with the finest of tooth combs. I've probably redrawn about 85-90% of the ship and many mistakes and errors have been rectified. I shall go back and do the orginial ship and perhaps attempt a couple of others (1920s, her unbuilt sisters and the 1930s rebuild plan).

Anything that improves any existing faults with the drawing is well worthwhile.

I love you :D I got a model of this for Christmas (1:600 airfix. Lots of moulding problems, but it was fun to build and paint)

This is one magnificent piece of pixel art! Perfection down to the smallest part. I take my hat off to you.

All my time (ok it's just a year :D ) I've awaiting Hood to make HMS Hood, so I'm very pleased she became so beautiful and well drawn, which on the other hand isn't surprising ;) I'll hope you consider to attach the badge (is already drawn) which I think is very stylish :)
