Shipbucket

This is very cool, but let me all remind you that it doesn't take much effort to copy+paste.

While there's no doubt at all that alvama is a skilled artist, I'm a bit bothered by the amount of copy+paste I see in his latest illustrations.

For example, see the seagulls, birds, and trebuchets and notice how they are the same thing no matter where they are on the drawing. I also note perspective issues with the trebuchets and a few other areas.

In general, Alvama's art is quite impressive at first, but once you start to really look at it, glaring flaws come to light. I'm not saying this to drag him down, I'm saying this to try to help him see the problem areas and improve on them, as well as to get more people to stop just saying "ooooh" and "aah" and rather give him helpful criticism to improve.

Likewise, Alvama should not come into this thread and immediately get angry and offensive when he sees any negative comments (as has happened in the past). The idea of the internet forum is to provide feedback on topics discussed, not just so that one person can show off what they're doing without any fear of reproach.
