Trivial bit of reworking, but I was rather bored, so thought I'd give this an attempt, since I've always enjoyed this thread. Mostly, I wanted to attempt to get the distinctive M56 stahlhelm into the pic and make an attempt at the "rain" camo pattern.

Working at this scale isn't as easy as it looks, but here is my first attempt: [ img ]



I personally thought the version on the far right too conical, but included it as an alternative, given the exaggeration at this scale.

I also drew a the rain pattern, but I never posted it here. Your rain pattern is better then mine. And I made many attemps to get the characeristic shape of the M56 steel helmet, but I didn't succeed.
