Excellent design :) : fusion of Hawker and Curtiss; the only criticism being four Hispano and four Browning - no can do on this design IMHO, unless you can show a plan view?

Um... I would suggest four Hispano, or four or six Colt 0.5 machine guns - the Browning was piss weak :(

This early 41 fighter, with 2x20mm and 4x12.7 mm he is a very heavy armed.

2x 20mm Hispanos and 2x .50s would prolly be optimal for this considering it looks like a spit's wing.

You're probably right Blackbuck re the number of machine guns. The wing is kind of a cross between the Spitfire and the Tempest - and I thought I'd try to squeeze a couple more in - but when I add the tail hook later I might switch it down to two machine guns.
