Not gonna lie, the guy's got too many lines and shade gradients, makes him look like a mummy. Other than that, the only thing I can say is never quit.

Depens you angle of your screen, but the picture it quite matched to the photo I took from that guy :P

It seems to me, that somehow this photo got turned around into a mirror image, as the letters on his cap are total gibberish, unless You read them right-to-left. But that's a totally minor and irrelevant nitpick.

It's in Holland now, that's why I got aboard and drawn it. Also in 2009 it was here, with the ''Alexander'' and ''Minsk''
