Well, depending on how big the ship is you can go full hog and go for all of the above.
The B1 Leanders managed to cram in two triple STWS-1 torpedo tubes, one Limbo and an Ikara launcher.
If you go for a somewhat larger vessel and use a similar Limbo arrangement as the Canadians used on some of their destroyers where the mortar could fold down into the flight deck you should be able to carry a helicopter as well.

For the 1974 "Ruffian" Class, I am figuring on about 410' overall, and for the preceeding "1966 "White Rose" Class, probably about 380' overall. Smallish, not so expensive ASW frigates.

I like the idea of the fold-down Limbo. I'll have to look into that.

I'm perhaps biased here but it's looking good :) Those badges of yours are awesome and I really, really like the name of this class :D

something else I've been playing with, the Port Blanche Class of 2007. Based on my earlier Olympia Class, it matches up the electronics suite from the Millenium Class frigates with the hull, weapons and hanger of the Olympia's. Group 1 is nuclear powered and has 2 ships, Group 2 is convential power and has about 6 ships, all commissioned between 2007-12

comments and/or suggestions?

EDIT: Forgot to remove the forward CIWS. Pretend they're not there. For now. oops Next time I update them, I'll have them gone.

Well IRL SMART-L and Aegis would never be used together I'm pretty sure, but since it is your AU which is in a different universe i guess its fine.
As a whole I like it very much though
P.S. IIRC there is a newer and more detailed version of the merlin helicopter out there for use
