Great looking cruiser. I'm not too familiar with ships of the era, but that looks like quite a respectable broadside.

It looks like at least for the report that it would only require minor surgery to fix that particular issue... That said it is a damn fine looking ship.

One slight nitpick, you've got the superfiring turret forward instead of aft.

Sorry for my protracted absence. It appears that, as suspected, I have the attention span of a senile squirrel.

Anyhow, I was fiddling with, among other things, an aicraft carrier from the late 20's - early 30's and I was trying to figure out a reasonable airgroup for it ... which led me to working out ALL my aircraft for the navy ... which led (somehow) to figuring out ALL my aircraft for my air force (which has kept me occupied for the past week or so) ... then toss in to the mix the latest Honor Harrington book "Shadow of Freedom", and the final Wheel of Time book "A Memory of Light", and new seasons for Doctor Who and Game of Thrones ... and the new series Vikings ... o.O ... anyhow, I'll get back to ships again soonish.

Well, it seems that my "soonish" isn't quite what I thought it might be.

Anyhow, getting back into things, .... an aircraft carrier. Still a WIP.

Based on the Sentinel Class BC hull, the backstory being that the Admiralty, after authorizing 4 new BC's later decided they didn't really need them as modern BB's could do everything a BC could do, and with better armour. So, they finished the first as a BC as it was already quite far along, the next two were converted to CV's and the 4th was never completed, being expended as a harbor breakwater after the war.
