Beautiful! Trojan, I thought the same thing when I first saw it. Much sexier lines than a Tornado though

Looks great, much like a smaller F-15 with Tornado influences and a hint of the F/A-18 too. I like the sleek looks, once again though, I think the tails (even though twin-tailed) look a little on the small side. I could be wrong, but there just looks to be acres of fuselage up forward which dwarfs the tailfins. Anyhow, its your AU aircraft and at least you can claim FBW control to make this irrelevant! ;)

I'd really love to see three-views of these fictional designs
I've had a go at making some three-views - one of the original fighter version and another two seat strike version:

It really has turned into a smaller F-15...

I've also made some minor changes to the original side view - namely increasing the size of the tails and removing the wingtip missile rails because they made the top view look horrid.

Awesome work with that top views! :o

But I think that two-seat version would have some other designation (FSR.3, T.3,...).

It's a strike aircraft I'd imagine so why on earth would it receive a T designator? I would however probably change the designator to FGR rather than FSR or FRS. I'd also say that the ADEN would probably not be going into as late a design as this, you're more likely to find a BK-27. Other than that I like them :D You might want to think about some updates further down the line such as F414 or an IRST gimbal.

Rowdy, look at top views of the BAe Hawk 200 with the wingtip missile racks, your Tempest gives me the idea that it'll look similar

Thanks guys. I'm looking into suitable designations for the aircraft at the moment so I'll update the drawings at a later date. Regarding the Aden you're probably right, though it wouldn't be implausible for it being used, however I am thinking of replacing the two guns with a single GAU-12 Equalizer instead.

Now this looks truly excellent. The 25mm ADEN was being developed around this time so that's an alternative. I don't think there's much wrong with the old 30mm ADEN except perhaps weight. I always liked the way the French kept twin 30mm for strafing etc. But for an aircraft like this I'm thinking such ground-attack strafing might be rarer.
